1-1/2 pounds chicken thighs
Olive oil to lightly coat chicken
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Instead of the individual seasonings, use Tony Chachere's
1. If necessary, preheat air fryer to 400 deg F.
2. Pat the chicken dry with paper towels.
3. Lightly rub oil to coat all sides of chicken, then season chicken as desired.
4. Place chicken pieces skin side down in air fryer basket, working in batches as needed. Cook until chicken is golden brown, about 20 minutes, flipping the chicken half way through the cooking time.
5. Use a meat thermometer to ensure the internal temperature is 165 deg F before serving.
6. Squeeze a lemon of lime over thighs before serving and top with fresh parsley or cilantro.
