3 lbs ground beef
2 medium onions
1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
1 (6 oz) can tomato paste
1 (16 oz) can diced tomatoes
3 cups beef broth
1 tbsp cumin
4 tbsp chili powder
1/2 tbsp minced garlic
salt and pepper to taste
1. In large pot, saute onions. Remove onions. Brown the ground beef in the pot. Once browned, drain the fat from the beef. Add all ingredients back to the pot and bring to a boil. Once boiling, reduce to a simmer, cover and cook 15 minutes. Adjust salt and pepper and serve.
